The facilities are nice and comfortable and there is parking for cars. The breakfast was particularly good with a wide choice of food. The staff were nice and friendly and helpful with information about where and what to see. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and the river is just across. It is located near the train station and close to tram stops too, so moving around is easy and by tram to the city centre is a 10 minutes ride where you have a wide choice of restaurants, eateries and wineries.

Staff were always friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of sweet and savoury items and plenty of fresh fruit. Tea and coffee machine excellent. Car parking secure and easy to access.

I cannot express enough how wonderful our stay at your hotel was! The location, which is conveniently close to Gare de Bordeaux and the city's metropolitan transportation, made it incredibly easy to explore the city. However, what made our stay truly unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by the staff. In particular, I would like to extend my warmest appreciation to the three young professionals who assisted us at the reception desk. Their welcoming and accommodating demeanor was truly remarkable and they made us feel right at home. Additionally, the room maid on the second floor always ensured our room was immaculately clean and comfortable. Your team's dedication to hospitality and attentiveness to every detail truly made our stay an unforgettable experience. We have stayed here three times now and although you pay extra for parking it is in a very secured site. The standard rooms are quite compact but have everything you need. The cafe in reception offers hot meals that can be taken back to your room. Ideal if you have your dogs with you. The double beds are very large and comfortable and reception will give you extra pillows as l find one not enough. The people on reception are always smiling and eager to help. I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Bordeaux.

Compact and everything you need for a city break, the air con was a god send with temperatures hitting 40! The breakfast was amazing for what we paid! Ridiculously cheap and just what we needed.

The Ibis hotel are always a safe choice, you get what you pay for. The staff was really helpful and friendly, they helped us out to get the little one comfy, providing a cot mattress and duvets

Pleasant well appointed hotel. Modern decoration, good facilities. Nice bar, good breakfast . Staff were pleasant and very helpful Great location just 5 minute walk from the station and trams.

Close to train station and for bus to airport. On the edge of the town but walkable along by the river or through the interesting back streets. Bus passes are also available to buy at the hotel. Good breakfast with options for vegetarians.
