The location, which is conveniently close to Gare de Bordeaux and the city's metropolitan transportation, made it incredibly easy to explore the city. However, what made our stay truly unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by the staff. In particular, I would like to extend my warmest appreciation to the three young professionals who assisted us at the reception desk. Their welcoming and accommodating demeanor was truly remarkable and they made us feel right at home. Additionally, the room maid on the second floor always ensured our room was immaculately clean and comfortable. Your team's dedication to hospitality and attentiveness to every detail truly made our stay an unforgettable experience. I cannot thank you enough for the amazing service we received during our time at your hotel. Please extend my gratitude to the entire staff for their hard work and dedication to making our stay a memorable one.

We have stayed here three times now and although you pay extra for parking it is in a very secured site. The standard rooms are quite compact but have everything you need. The cafe in reception offers hot meals that can be taken back to your room. Ideal if you have your dogs with you. The double beds are very large and comfortable and reception will give you extra pillows as l find one not enough. The people on reception are always smiling and eager to help. I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Bordeaux.

It is located near the train station and close to tram stops too, so moving around is easy and by tram to the city centre is a 10 minutes ride where you have a wide choice of restaurants, eateries and wineries.
