Their welcoming and accommodating demeanor was truly remarkable and they made us feel right at home. Additionally, the room maid on the second floor always ensured our room was immaculately clean and comfortable. Your team's dedication to hospitality and attentiveness to every detail truly made our stay an unforgettable experience. We have stayed here three times now and although you pay extra for parking it is in a very secured site. The standard rooms are quite compact but have everything you need. The cafe in reception offers hot meals that can be taken back to your room. Ideal if you have your dogs with you. The double beds are very large and comfortable and reception will give you extra pillows as l find one not enough. The people on reception are always smiling and eager to help. I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Bordeaux.

Rooms were as described online, comfortable and clean. Air conditioning was a blessing during a very hot week. Breakfast was excellent.
